Common use of Officer’s Certificate of Parent and Merger Sub Clause in Contracts

Officer’s Certificate of Parent and Merger Sub. The Company shall have received a certificate of Parent and Merger Sub, validly executed for and on behalf of Parent and Merger Sub and in their respective names by a duly authorized officer thereof, certifying that the conditions set forth in ‎Section 8.3(a) and ‎Section 8.3(b) have been satisfied.

Officer’s Certificate of Parent and Merger Sub. The Company shall have received a certificate of Parent and Merger Sub, validly executed for and on behalf of Parent and Merger Sub and in their respective names by a duly authorized officer thereof, certifying that the conditions set forth in ‎Section Section 8.3(a) and ‎Section Section 8.3(b) have been satisfied.

The Company shall have received a certificate certificates of Parent and Merger Sub, respectively, validly executed for and on behalf of Parent and Merger Sub and in their respective names Sub, respectively, by a duly authorized executive officer thereof, certifying that the conditions set forth in ‎Section Section 8.3(a) and ‎Section Section 8.3(b) have been satisfied.
