Common use of Officers in Charge Clause in Contracts

Officers in Charge. (i) The Officer in Charge of an isolated station as listed in clause 45(c) will be ranked as an Acting Sergeant where a Sergeant or above position does not already exist.

Officers in Charge. (i) The Officer in Charge of an isolated station as listed in clause 45(c46(c) will be ranked as an Acting Sergeant where a Sergeant or above position does not already exist.

Officers in Charge. (i) The Officer in Charge of an isolated station as listed in clause 45(c56(c) will be ranked as an Acting Sergeant where a Sergeant or above position does not already exist.

Officers in Charge. (i) The Officer in Charge of an isolated station as listed in sub-clause 45(c(d) will be ranked as an Acting a Brevet Sergeant where a Sergeant or above position does not already exist.
