Officers Remaining. When an Officer remains on the payroll during the seasonal slowdown, the Company will continue his wages and benefits as per Article 1.16.5. The Company further agrees that such Officers shall be given all intermittent work, and upon re-opening of the season shall be given the first opportunity to resume work.
