Officers, Titles, Elections, Term. If the Member chooses to elect officers, it may elect one or more officers, which may include, a President, one or more Vice Presidents, a Treasurer and a Secretary, and such other officers as the Member shall deem advisable. The officers shall be elected by the Member to serve at its pleasure or otherwise as shall be specified by the Member at the time of such election and until their successors are elected and qualified. Two or more offices may be held by the same person concurrently.
