OFFICES, LOCATION OF COLLATERAL. (a) The chief executive office, if it has more than one place of business, or place of business, if it has only one place of business (as such terms are used in Section 9-307 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in each State where the Collateral is located and the State of New York from time to time) of Borrower and each Project Company is set forth in Exhibit H-7 hereto (as such Exhibit may be supplemented from time to time by 30 days’ notice to Administrative Agent).
