Common use of Offices, Records and Books of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Offices, Records and Books of Accounts. (i) Keep its principal place of business and chief executive office and the offices where it keeps its Records concerning the Pool Receivables at the address of the Seller referred to in Section 4.1(k) or, upon at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Agent, at any other location in a jurisdiction where all requested actions under Section 6.5(a) shall have been taken;
