Official Repository and Allotments. The University’s Payroll/HR information system shall serve as the official repository for vacation, sick, and personal paid time off (“PTO”) balances, leave accruals and usage and shall be used to verify paid leave benefits involved in termination, retirement, or transfer. PTO allotments shall be prorated for new employees according to their start date.
