Official Results. 5.1 Results Sheet The official results must contain the following information: • Must include Freestyle Canada and sponsor logos placed as per Canada Cup Event Agreement and the Canada Cup Template in Appendix • Name of competition • Name of Jury Members • Site of competition • Date and time of competition • Discipline • Round i.e: Qualification, Final or Heat # • All Judge names and TD • Name of host club • Main course specifications • Competitor's names, bib numbers, home club or PSO • Complete scoring calculations (Canadian Canadian Junior Championships Freestyle Skiing Championships MOGUL has specific pace set calculation ) The official results are made official following an inspection by the Chief of Scoring, the Technical Delegate and the Head Judge, and by the application of their signatures. Results from qualifiers, semi-finals and finals must be published Ties will be broken using FIS rules. When in doubt FIS World Cup Rules will take precedence.

  • Official Language The official text of this Agreement and any appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto, or any notice given or accounts or statements required by this Agreement shall be in English. In the event of any dispute concerning the construction or meaning of this Agreement, reference shall be made only to this Agreement as written in English and not to any other translation into any other language.

  • OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT A18.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Contractor’s Personnel are aware of the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and Section 182 of the Finance Act 1989, and understand that these provisions apply during and after the Contract.

The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.

  • Official Statement So long as any Bond Letter of Credit shall remain outstanding, refer to the applicable LC Issuing Bank in the Official Statement with respect to the applicable Bonds or make any changes in reference to such LC Issuing Bank in any revision, amendment or supplement without the prior consent of such LC Issuing Bank, or revise, amend or supplement such Official Statement without providing a copy of such revision, amendment or supplement, as the case may be, to such LC Issuing Bank.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.

  • OFFICIAL TEXTS 3.01 Both the English and French texts of this Agreement shall be official.

  • Official Secrets Acts The Contractor undertakes to abide and procure that the Contractor’s employees abide by the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989.

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS Contractor is required to ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) are available, employees are trained in the use of MSDS, and MSDS are in a readily accessible place at the Site. This requirement applies to all materials with an associated MSDS per the federal “Hazard Communication” standard or employees’ Right-to-Know laws. Contractor is also required to ensure proper labeling and training on any substance brought onto the Site and that any person working with the material (or who is subject to possible exposure by use of the material or contact with the material), is informed of the possible and/or real hazards of the substance, and follows proper handling and protection procedures.
