OFFICIAL TIME FOR SURVEYS. Reasonable time off during work hours may be authorized without loss of pay or benefits, to permit the appropriate committee of the Union, composed of not more than three members, to appear before the area Wage Survey Committee for the purpose of making representation in behalf of the employees in the unit. The agency may, upon advance notification by the Union, make necessary arrangements for such Union representatives to be absent from their work assignment for this purpose.
