OFFSET CREDITS. a. To the exclusion of all others, Buyer or its assignees shall be entitled to all industrial benefits or offset credits which might result from this Contract. Seller shall provide documentation or information that Buyer or its assignees may reasonably request to substantiate claims for industrial benefits or offset credits. b. Seller agrees to use reasonable efforts to identify the non-U.S. content of goods that Seller either produces itself or procures from subcontractors for work directly related to this Contract.
