Offsets to Severance Pay. Severance Pay for any week will be reduced by (i) any disability benefits to which Executive is entitled for that week under any disability insurance policy or program (including, but not limited to, workers’ disability compensation); (ii) any payment due to Executive under or by virtue of the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act or any comparable state statute or local ordinance; (iii) any unemployment insurance compensation collected by Executive following the Termination Date through the end of the period during which Severance Pay is payable under this Agreement; and (iv) any amounts that Executive owes to the Company.
