Offshore Work. In performing the functions, activities or services for, or on behalf of Covered Entity, Business Associate shall not, and shall not permit any of its agents or subcontractors who receive Covered Entity’s PHI to, transmit or make available any PHI to any entity or individual outside the United States without prior written consent of Covered Entity.
Offshore Work. Associate shall obtain PacificSource’s prior written approval before accessing, storing, sharing, maintaining, transmitting or using or disclosing PHI in any form via any medium with any entity or person, including Associate’s employees, agents or subcontractors, beyond the boundaries and jurisdiction of the United States.

The Business Associate agrees that, as applicable, it: • Has policies and procedures in place to ensure that Medicare beneficiary PHI and other personal information remains secure and permit immediate termination of subcontractor relationships upon discovery of a significant security breach by subcontractor; • Will notify Covered Entity of its use of offshore subcontractors and prohibit any offshore subcontractor to access Medicare data not associated with the subcontractor’s contract with Business Associate; and • Includes all required Medicare Part C & D language in its subcontracting arrangements.
Offshore Work. The same terms as stated in section 19 apply to offshore work, except that the Customer will be invoiced for a minimum of 10 hours of work per day.

Offshore Work. All work involving travel offshore to a work site , including but not limited to, the unloading, hoisting, rigging by any means, transferring, moving, cleaning, disassembling, assembling, welding, burning, erecting, calibrating, aligning, setting, starting-up and testing, adjusting, repairing, and the maintaining of all turbines, castings, combustion xxxxxxxx and all its related components, be it powered by, or receiving power from, steam, gas, gasoline, diesel, jet, electric, pneumatic, water, solar, thermal, mineral, atomic, rocket, nuclear, chemical, wind or any other source, regardless whether temporarily or permanently installed or located, as well as any other related work for oil, gas, wind and/or any other natural resource exploration and drilling facilities. regardless of location within the state of NJ and/or federal waters from the NJ shoreline.
Offshore Work. 12.1 For the purposes of this clause Offshore Work will mean work performed outside of Australia requiring an Employee to undertake duties within the scope of their normal roles.
12.2 An Employee may be directed to work offshore where Offshore Work is a genuine requirement of the position.
12.3 Where an Employee is not required to perform Offshore Work as a specific condition of employment, the University may request that the Employee perform Offshore Work for a specified period or task. An Employee may reasonably refuse such a request. Grounds for reasonable refusal include but are not limited to family responsibilities, prior personal or professional commitments, and education commitments.
12.4 Employees directed to perform Offshore Work will be reimbursed for actual reasonable expenses incurred in accordance with University policy.
12.5 Except in the case of an emergency, 2 weeks’ notice will be given to an Employee prior to any period of Offshore Work.
12.6 This clause does not apply to the following:
(a) requests by an Employee to perform Offshore Work for a specified period or task. Such tasks will include but are not limited to attendance at conferences, seminars and workshops, consultancy, field trips for the purpose of research and scholarship and representing the discipline at international scholarly committees or associations; and
(b) absences related to professional development:
(c) sabbatical; and
(d) teaching off-load.

11.1 For the purposes of this clause “Offshore Work” will mean employment requiring an employee to work outside Western Australia for a continuous period of time no longer than 28 days. Offshore work will be managed in accordance with this Agreement and policy procedures established by the University.
11.2 An employee will at all times have the right not to undertake Offshore Work if this is not a major requirement of their contract of employment.
Offshore Work. The Company will pay the following offshore rates and entitlements. The full day rate will be paid door to door (from nearest regional airport and return) and include any worksite inductions, mobilisations or work carried out on the vessel or worksite (excluding those in section 1). Offshore Work a.) Offshore Work shall mean and apply when employees are required to travel offshore to a work site and are required to live aboard employer provided accommodations during off-shift hours. Offshore work does not include land-based activities in support of the Offshore Work.
b.) The term Offshore Work shall cover all work under this Agreement. Millwright offshore work shall include all work included under the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters Local 1121 Agreement. Offshore Work includes work performed within the waters of the six states of New England and/or federal waters from the shoreline of the six states of New England.
