Unsafe Work. (a) An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in Information Appendix B.
(b) An employee must not be subject to discriminatory or disciplinary action pursuant to Section 3.13(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations outlined in Information Appendix B.
Unsafe Work. No employee shall be disciplined for exercising her right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to Sections 3.12 and 3.13 of the WCB Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
Unsafe Work. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions, or to perform tasks, that based on the employer’s knowledge, would reasonably be expected to endanger his/her health or safety. Employees will be given proper safety equipment and instruction in regard to the operation of equipment and the handling and disposal of dangerous substances. Employees will be given adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment, in good repair, to perform their assigned duties as determined by the Board.
Unsafe Work. No employee shall be disciplined for exercising her/his rights under s.43 of The Workplace Safety and Health Act of Manitoba.
Unsafe Work. No employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on an assignment which, in the opinion of:
(a) a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee, or
(b) a person designated by an occupational safety and health committee, or
(c) a xxxxxxx at a worksite where there is no occupational safety and health committee, after an onsite inspection and following discussion with a representative of the Employer, does not meet the standards established pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act. Where an employee acts in compliance with Section 3.24 of the Workers' Compensation Board Industrial Health and Safety Regulations, she shall not be subject to disciplinary action.

Unsafe Work. Employees shall not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions or to perform tasks which endanger their health, safety or well-being. Employees will be given proper safety equipment and instruction in regard to operation of equipment and the handling and disposal of dangerous substances. Employees will be given adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment, in good repair, to perform their assigned duties. No Employee is required to enter a building alone or to be left alone in a building except custodians on the weekend building checks, will have communication devises and the authority to lockdown a building after posted hours. The Board will provide public notification of hours.
Unsafe Work. The parties agree that employees should be entitled to work in a safe environment. Employees will be given proper safety equipment and instruction in regard to the operation of equipment and the handling and disposal of dangerous substances. Employees will be given adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment, in good repair, to perform their assigned duties. Employees are expected to take proper care of equipment and to report unsafe conditions or equipment to their supervisor.
Unsafe Work. All employees shall immediately report to his/her direct supervisor/principal or superintendent any work they consider unsafe. The direct supervisor/principal or superintendent shall determine whether or not the work is unsafe and whether or not the work is being done.
Unsafe Work. The Railroad's engineer or designee may advise the Agency’s contractor or the contractor's work site supervisor that an agent, servant, or employee of contractor or of a subcontractor is working in an unsafe manner or may potentially work in an unsafe manner, in which event, contractor's work site supervisor shall cause that agent, servant, or employee to leave the Railroad's property. The Agency will require its contractor to assume all responsibility for the safe work method and practices of its agents, servants, and employees.
