Common use of OHFA's Right to Enforce Clause in Contracts

OHFA's Right to Enforce. OHFA shall have the right to specific enforcement, by any proceeding at law or in equity, all restrictions, conditions, covenants, easements, reservations, liens, and charges now or hereafter imposed by the provisions of this Agreement. Failure by OHFA to enforce any covenant or restriction contained in this declaration shall, in no event, be deemed a waiver of rights of OHFA or of any duties, terms or conditions imposed upon Owner and Transferee by this Agreement.
