Common use of OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS. ‌ In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine and/or request copies of or copy TEN’s books, records, and other documents and supporting materials, and conduct on-site reviews of any of TEN’s locations, for the purpose of evaluating: (a) TEN’s compliance with the requirements of this CIA and (b) TEN’s compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by TEN to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. For purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of TEN’s owners, employees, and contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. TEN shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon XXX’s request. TEN’s owners, employees, and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of TEN present.

For purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Xxxxx and any of TENArora’s owners, employees, and employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. TEN Arora shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon XXXOIG’s request. TENArora’s owners, employees, employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of TEN Arora present.

The documentation described above shall be made available by TEN Allina to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or audit or reproduction. For Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of TENAllina’s owners, employees, and contractors contractors, or agents who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. TEN shall Allina agrees to assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon XXXOIG’s request. TENAllina’s owners, employees, and contractors employees may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of TEN Allina present. The rights of Allina under this Section shall be subject to the provisions of Section III.D.3 regarding Allina’s attorney-client, work-product, or other applicable privileges.

For purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of TENRAPHA’s owners, employees, and contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. For Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview any of TENOGCC’s owners, employees, and contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. TEN OGCC shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon XXXOIG’s request. TENOGCC’s owners, employees, and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of TEN OGCC present.
