Common use of Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund Clause in Contracts

Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund. The recipient must not seek any compensation for the approved program or project from the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund. If the recipient is authorized to make subawards, the recipient must not use Direct Component funds to make subawards to fund activities for which any claim for compensation was filed and paid out by the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund after July 6, 2012.
