Common use of Okta Personnel Clause in Contracts

Okta Personnel. Okta shall ensure that its personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, have received appropriate training regarding their responsibilities, and have executed written confidentiality agreements. Okta shall take commercially-reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any Okta personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data. Okta shall ensure that Okta’s access to Personal Data is limited to those personnel assisting in the provision of the Service in accordance with the Agreement.
