Qualified Personnel. Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. The Contractor warrants and represents that it will assign only qualified personnel to perform the services outlined herein and within the appendices. For the purposes of this contract, the term “qualified personnel” shall mean those personnel that have been investigated, tested, and trained in the manner described within this contract and, as proposed by the Contractor within its bid or as provided by the Contractor during the Contractor’s normal conduct of business.
Qualified Personnel. The CONSULTANT agrees when the services to be provided and performed relate to a professional service that, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, to employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to be in responsible charge of all BASIC SERVICES and ADDITIONAL SERVICES to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. The Company has adequate qualified employees and other personnel and organization and other arrangements that are sufficient to enable it to perform all of the functions and obligations applicable to a WESM Members and to the sector and WESM membership category of which the Company intends to become part.

Qualified Personnel. Work under this Maintenance Agreement shall be performed only be competent personnel under the supervision of and in the employment of Contractor. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall assign adequate personnel resources to provide the level of service within the response times specified in this Maintenance Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. The Grant Plan shall be implemented only by competent personnel under the direction and supervision of Xxxxxxx.
Qualified Personnel. Contractor agrees that each person performing Services in connection with this Agreement shall have the qualifications and shall fulfill the requirements set forth in this Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. CONSULTANT agrees that all of the work and services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed by CONSULTANT or under its supervision and all personnel engaged in the work or services shall be fully qualified to perform such work and services.
Qualified Personnel. The Contractor represents and warrants to the TJPA that the Contractor is qualified to perform the services as contemplated by this Agreement. The Contractor further represents and warrants to the TJPA that it has all required licenses and approvals to perform the work contemplated by this Agreement, and that all work performed under this Agreement shall be performed only by personnel under the supervision and in the employment of the Contractor. All personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized, licensed and certified under state and local law to perform such work if authorization, licensing or certification is required. The persons performing professional services under this Agreement on behalf of the Contractor are shown in Appendix A, and shall not be changed or substituted without the prior written consent of the TJPA. All personnel, including those assigned at the TJPA’s request, must be supervised by the Contractor. The Contractor shall commit adequate resources to complete the project within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
