Qualified Personnel. The Contractor warrants and represents that it will assign only qualified personnel to perform the services outlined herein and within the appendices. For the purposes of this contract, the term “qualified personnel” shall mean those personnel that have been investigated, tested, and trained in the manner described within this contract and, as proposed by the Contractor within its bid or as provided by the Contractor during the Contractor’s normal conduct of business.
Qualified Personnel. Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
Qualified Personnel. Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has and shall maintain, personnel who meet the minimum performance requirements for the applicable awarded contract subcategory consultant level (journey, senior, and expert).
Qualified Personnel. The CONSULTANT agrees when the services to be provided and performed relate to a professional service that, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, to employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to be in responsible charge of all BASIC SERVICES and ADDITIONAL SERVICES to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.

Contractor shall assign adequate personnel resources to provide the level of service within the response times specified in this Maintenance Agreement.
