Common use of Okta’s Sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Okta’s Sub-processors. Customer has instructed or authorized the use of Sub-processors to assist Okta with respect to the performance of Okta's obligations under the Agreement pursuant to a written contract that binds each Sub-processor to comply with applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations and with terms no less protective of privacy than the terms in this DPA. Okta shall be liable for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the same extent Okta would be liable if performing the services of each Sub-processor directly under the terms of this DPA, except as otherwise set forth in the Agreement.
