Common use of O&M Manuals / Warranties Clause in Contracts

O&M Manuals / Warranties. Design Build Entity shall review equipment, operation and maintenance manuals, and a complete set of Warranty documents for all equipment and installed systems, to ensure they meet the requirements of the Contract Documents. Design Build Entity shall provide one (1) electronic .pdf set of O&M Manuals / Warranties to Judicial Council at completion of the Construction Work and it shall be a condition precedent to Judicial Council’s approval of Design Build Entity’s Application for Final Payment. 13.19.30.1. Training and videos shall be provided for all major equipment installation, including without limitation all equipment identified in Section 01 79 00 of the Division 01 Specifications. 13.19.30.2. All products and equipment will include manufacturer’s Warranty and labor installation Guarantee. 13.19.30.3. O&M Manuals and Warranties will be in .pdf digital format packaged for the project with an outline of information included in the package and a schedule of Warranty periods for each product or equipment determined at Beneficial Use or the issuance of a Certificate of Acceptance.
