Common use of Omnibus Transparency Services Clause in Contracts

Omnibus Transparency Services. Upon request of a Fund, the Transfer Agent shall carry out certain information requests, analyses and reporting services in support of the Fund’s obligations under Rule 22c-2(a)(2), (3) of the 1940 Act. The parties will agree to such services and terms as stated in the attached Schedule 1.2(l), entitled “Omnibus Transparency Services”, which may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the parties. In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as set forth on Schedule 3.1; and

In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l1.2(z), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as set forth on Schedule 3.12.1; and

Upon request of a the Fund, the Transfer Agent shall carry out certain information requests, analyses and reporting services in support of the Fund’s obligations under Rule 22c-2(a)(2), (3) of the 1940 Act. The parties will agree to such services and terms as stated in the attached schedule (“Schedule 1.2(l1.2(i), ” entitled “Omnibus Transparency Services”, which ) that may be changed from time to time subject to mutual written agreement between the parties. In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l1.2(i), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as the fee set forth on Schedule 3.13.1 and the reimbursable expenses that may be associated with these additional duties; and

In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l1.2(o), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as set forth on Schedule 3.1; and3.1 to this Agreement.”

In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l1.2(i), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as set forth on Schedule 3.1; and

In consideration of the performance of the services by the Transfer Agent pursuant to this Section 1.2(l1.2(h), the Fund agrees to pay the Transfer Agent for such fees and expenses associated with such additional services as set forth on Schedule 3.1; and. Either party may terminate this service at any time upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party;
