On commencement. Before commencing business and offering the Franchise Services, Xxxxxxxxxx agrees to attend and complete an in-house training program provided by Franchisor. With the exception of travel and living expenses incurred by Franchisee in attending such in-house training, the expense of the in-house training will be met by Franchisor. The training will embrace: 8.1.1 How to mix and apply cleaning products and use equipment under normal working conditions for the class of franchise granted; 8.1.2 How to compute customer quotes for services; 8.1.3 How to solicit and maintain business; 8.1.4 How to keep and maintain business records and accounts; 8.1.5 How to replace inventory, otherwise enter into, and conduct the class of franchise granted using the Chem-Dry System.

  • Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied: 5.6.1 Approval of the appropriate Governmental Authority has been obtained for any facilities requiring regulatory approval; 5.6.2 Necessary real property rights and rights-of-way have been obtained, to the extent required for the construction of a discrete aspect of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades; 5.6.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with construction from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.6.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Project Commencement The Grantee shall begin the grant-funded project <<on or before insert date>> <<within 90 days of the original start date of the grant term or grant execution date, whichever is later,>>, unless otherwise approved by System Agency. If project commencement is delayed, the Grantee must submit in writing to the assigned contract manager, the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for the delay, and the expected start date. Taking possession by Tenant shall be deemed conclusively to establish that said buildings and other improvements have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and that the premises are in good and satisfactory condition, as of when possession was so taken. Tenant acknowledges that no representations as to the repair of the premises have been made by Landlord, unless such are expressly set forth in the lease. After such "Rent Commencement Date" Tenant shall, upon demand, execute and deliver to Landlord a letter of acceptance of delivery of the premises. In the event of any dispute as to substantial completion of work performed, execute or required to be performed by Landlord, the certificate of Landlord's architect or general contractor shall be conclusive.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.
