On confidentiality obligation. The withdrawing Contractor agrees to treat as confidential all confidential information, as defined in Article 9 hereinafter, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of its withdrawal, and agrees not to apply for any patent or other proprietary right over any information, subject to its own informations, it may have had knowledge of in connection with its participation in the Project.
