On Operational Ground. 15.4.1. Maha-Metro reserves the right to terminate the License Agreement by giving three months advance notice on operational ground. The License agreement shall stand terminated after expiry of three months notice and the Security Deposit shall be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues, if any, payable by the Licensee. The Licensee voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation, damages or any other consideration whatsoever on any ground in this regard.

On Operational Ground. On operational ground, DMRC may ask the Licensee to vacate the said site/location after giving a notice of 15 (fifteen) days. Thereupon, DMRC shall provide alternative site/location to Licensee at the same Station or at the other Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Licensee shall be bound to shift its Water ATM machine/s on the alternative location, within the given time period on his own expenses. The Licensee unequivocally and voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation or any other consideration on this account on whatsoever reason. However, if Licensee is not willing to shift its Water ATM machine/s to the alternative given site/location due to any reason, then particular location/ site shall be withdrawn and license fee shall be charged for remaining sites/locations.

Further, the Interest free Security deposit will be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues payable to DMRC, if any. The Licensee voluntarily agrees not to seek any claim, compensation, damages or any other consideration whatsoever on any ground in this regard. The Licensee shall remove all the media, fixtures, panels, etc. from DMRC premises within 30 days of issue of such termination letter, failing which these structures, media, fixtures, panels, etc. shall become property of DMRC at ‘0’/nil value.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift.
