On-Site Evaluation Clause Samples

The On-Site Evaluation clause grants one party the right to visit and inspect the other party’s premises, facilities, or operations as part of the contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such evaluations may occur, such as providing advance notice, limiting visits to reasonable business hours, and specifying the scope of what can be inspected. Its core practical function is to allow the evaluating party to verify compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, or regulatory requirements, thereby reducing risk and ensuring transparency between the parties.
