On-Site Services. If Vendor performs any services at one of Alorica’s sites, upon Xxxxxxx’s request, Vendor will immediately remove from all facilities and replace any personnel who are unsatisfactory to Alorica for any reason. Vendor warrants that all Vendor personnel assigned to the Alorica facility shall have a prior satisfactory work record in a responsible capacity and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Vendor further agrees, while Xxxxxx's personnel are on Alorica’s premises, that they will abide by Xxxxxxx’s normal rules of work.

On-Site Services. Garver and its representatives shall comply with Owner’s and its separate contractor’s Project-specific safety programs, which have been provided to Garver in writing in advance of any site visits.
On-Site Services. A. Project site visits by BMcD during investigation, observation, construction or equipment installation, or the furnishing of Project representatives shall not make BMcD responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures; for construction safety precautions or programs; or for any construction contractor(s') failure to perform its work in accordance with the contract documents. B. Client shall disclose to BMcD the location and types of any known or suspected toxic, hazardous, or chemical materials or wastes existing on or near the premises upon which work is to be performed by BMcD's employees or subcontractors. If any hazardous wastes not identified by Client are discovered after a Project is undertaken, Client and BMcD agree that the scope of services, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted accordingly. Client agrees to release BMcD from all damages related to any pre-existing pollutant, contaminant, toxic, or hazardous substance at the site.
On-Site Services. Supplier may provide Customer with on-site services for or related to the Solution (“On-site Services”) as may be described in one or more mutually agreed to Schedules which shall contain items such as a description of the services, the services rate(s), and the services period. Customer shall reimburse Supplier for travel and per diem expenses incurred in connection with On-site Services that are reasonable, necessary and pre- approved by Customer in writing for Supplier.
On-Site Services. 5.1. Subject to paragraph 5.2 and 5.3, the Support Services will be performed at the Supplier’s premises and provided to the Customer by phone, telecommunications network, mail, or commercial delivery service. 5.2. If the Supplier is contracted to supply on-site Support Services (as set out in the relevant Order Form), the Supplier shall provide on-site Support Services at the Customer’s premises if an Incident cannot be resolved remotely. 5.3. If Supplier is not contracted to supply on-site Support Services (as set out in the relevant Order Form), the Supplier shall provide on-site Support Services at the Customer’s premises subject to the availability of the relevant Supplier personnel. The resources and expenses used in providing the Customer with on-site service shall be billed to the Customer at the Supplier’s Time and Materials Rates.

On-Site Services. 7.1 Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, the Services are provided remotely. 7.2 The Customer may from time-to-time request that the Supplier provides On-Site Services. If the Supplier, at its discretion, agrees to provide any On-Site Services, such On-Site Services shall be subject to additional charges on a times and materials basis in accordance with its Reference Charges (or such other rates as the parties shall agree in advance) and shall form part of the SoW Charges in respect of the applicable Statement of Work. 7.3 Where On-Site Services are provided, the Customer must ensure that the Supplier has access to the applicable Customer Equipment, data, facilities or otherwise as is reasonably required to provide the On-Site Services.

On-Site Services. In the event that Vendor's obligations hereunder require or contemplate performance of services by Vendor's employees, or persons under contract to Vendor, to be done on Satellite's property, or property of Satellite's customers, the Vendor agrees that (i) all such work shall be done as an independent contractor and that the persons doing such work shall not be considered employees of the Satellite, (ii),Vendor shall maintain all necessary insurance coverages, including workers compensation insurance, for any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the services covered by this paragraph, (iii) prior to commencing services Vendor shall provide a copy of Vendor’s workers compensation policy and proof that Satellite has been named an additional insured on the aforementioned policy, and (iv) Vendor will indemnify, defend and hold Satellite harmless from all losses, damages, claims, demands, or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever, including legal expenses and attorney's fees, arising from Vendor’s failure to comply with the obligations of this section.
