1Services Not Included in Basic Services. 10.1.1. 1The Consultant shall provide the services listed in Sections 10.1.2 through 10.1.19 as Additional Services only when identified in the Agreement Form and approved in writing by the Contracting Authority in consultation with the Owner. 10.1.1. 2The Fee for the Additional Services listed in Sections 10.1.2 through 10.1.19 shall be paid as provided in the Agreement Form, in addition to payment for the Basic Services; however, the Consultant shall not be compensated for any of the Additional Services listed in Sections 10.1.2 through 10.1.19 made necessary by any act or omission of the Consultant or any of the Consultant’s Sub-consultants. 10.1.1. 3Unless waived by the Contracting Authority in writing, authorization to provide Additional Services must be obtained prior to providing the Additional Services.

1Services Not Included in Basic Services. 3.1.1. 1The CxA shall provide Commissioning of systems not listed in Article 2 as Additional Services only when identified in the Agreement Form or otherwise approved in writing by the Contracting Authority/Owner. 3.1.1. 2The services listed in the Agreement Form shall be paid as provided in this Agreement, in addition to payment for the Basic Services; however, the CxA shall not be compensated for any Additional Services made necessary by any act or omission of the CxA or any of the CxA’s Consultants. 3.1.1. 3Unless waived by the Contracting Authority in writing, authorization to provide Additional Services must be obtained prior to providing the Additional Services.
