One-On. One Aides One-on-one aides have full status and rights as a PCEA member except as follows: One-on-One aides assigned to a student who has left the District, or whose IEP no longer requires a one-on-one aide shall be placed on the Thirty-Nine Month Re-Employment list as the exclusive and single step in the layoff procedure for that One-on- One aide. Status of One-on-One aide reemployment list does not affect any other re-employment rights to other positions previously held in the District. Individuals hired as a one-on-one aide will be provided with a copy of this language upon hiring.
