Common use of One Percent Owner Clause in Contracts

One Percent Owner. A 1-percent owner of Kaydon (or any related entity) with annual compensation greater than $150,000, in each case, to the extent that Kaydon is publicly traded on the date of such service provider’s Separation from Service. Such a service provider is a Specified Employee for the 12-month period beginning the first April 1 following the Identification Date and ending on March 31 of the following year.
