One-Year Final Compensation Benefit. The City shall provide the PERS Section 20042 "One Year Final Compensation" benefit for eligible unit members. All new employees hired on or after January 1, 2013, and who are defined as a “new Member” under XXXXX, are subject to the new State Formulas, Final Compensation Period, and Contribution requirements as established by the PEPRA.
