Salary Adjustments. At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.
Salary Adjustments. The Employer may increase an employee’s step within the salary range to address issues related to recruitment, retention or other business needs. Such an increase may not result in a salary greater than the range maximum.
Salary Adjustments. All salary adjustments shall be effective on July 1. An employee who begins work prior to January 1 will receive a salary adjustment on the next July 1. New employees who begin work after January 1 will not receive a salary adjustment until the beginning of the second fiscal year after the year of initial employment.
Salary Adjustments. Verification of the completion of course requirements for adjustment to a higher salary level must be submitted by the employee to the Certification Department of the Division of Human Resources. If the verification is received during the year the course requirements are completed, the adjustment shall be made retroactively to the date of completion. If the verification is received after the year the course requirements have been completed, the adjustment shall be made retroactively to the beginning of the school year in which the verification is received.
Salary Adjustments. Time spent on sabbatical shall count as service with the University for salary adjustments.
Salary Adjustments. In each year of the collective agreement, no person who has held a position in the bargaining unit prior to 1 September shall receive a salary for a similar position less than the salary for the position when previously held, adjusted to the current salary grid.

Salary Adjustments. Prior to the expiration of each contract year, the Board of Directors will review Employee's salary and benefits and if appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion will increase such salary and benefits for the next succeeding year.
Salary Adjustments. Any salary or other adjustment or modification in the Administrator’s compensation or fringe benefits made during the life of this contract shall be in the form of a written amendment and shall become a part of this contract, but such adjustment or modification shall not be construed as a new contract with the Administrator, nor as an extension of the termination date of this contract.
Salary Adjustments. The following salary adjustments are reflected in Appendices B, D, E, and F and apply to all Unit employees:
1. Effective October 28, 2018, the base hourly wages for all Unit employees shall be increased by 2.9%, as reflected in Appendix B.
2. Effective January 19, 2020, the base hourly wages for all Unit employees shall be increased by 2.75%, as reflected in Appendix D.
3. Effective January 31, 2021, the base hourly wages for all Unit employees shall be increased by 2.0%, as reflected in Appendix E.
4. Effective June 20, 2021, the base hourly wages for all Unit employees shall be increased by 2.0%, as reflected in Appendix F.
