U.S. Laws and Regulations You understand that as a subsidiary of Citigroup Inc., a U.S. financial holding company, we are required to observe certain U.S. laws and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to economic sanctions on certain countries, organizations and/or individuals issued by the U.S. government. You understand and accept that these laws and regulations may result in us taking or refraining from taking certain actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your card account(s) or holding or returning the funds which are the subject of payment instructions made by you or in your favour. Neither Citibank Singapore Limited nor any Citigroup Organisation will be liable for any loss to you as a result of our taking or refraining from taking any actions (which we consider in our sole determination, to be appropriate or requested) to comply with any U.S. laws or regulations.
Prohibitions Firearms , weapons, explosives and illegal drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on or about the Property, including within individual apartments and bedroom spaces and in community and parking areas (except government-issued service weapons carried by duly deputized law enforcement personnel). Discharging a firearm or displaying or possessing any weapon in a way that may threaten or alarm others, is prohibited anywhere at the Property. No gas or charcoal grill, nor any other open flame cooking or heating device, may be stored or used on any balcony, deck and/or patio at the Property or within 25 feet of any building, except permanently installed community grills provided by Owner. Resident will, and will cause Guests to: (a) comply with all federal, state, county and city laws, ordinances and/or regulations, including without limitation those relating to controlled substances and alcoholic beverages; (b) not act in any way that endangers the Property or the safety of any person, or that is intended to facilitate criminal activity; (c) not engage in disruptive conduct or allow any noise loud enough to be heard outside the apartment or in neighboring apartments assuming doors and windows were closed; (d) not place or keep any trash outside of the apartment, including on any balcony, deck or patio; (e) not damage, take or possess any property belonging to others without express consent; (f) not tamper or interfere with smoke detectors, sprinklers or fire alarms; (g) not injure the reputation of the Property or its residents, (h) not act or fail to act in any way that would cause an increase in the rate of insurance at the Property; (i) not engage in any activity which interferes with or decreases the use and enjoyment of the Property by other residents; and (j) otherwise obey the Community Policies and other rules applicable to the Property. Any single violation of any of the foregoing will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will be good cause for immediate termination of the Agreement with all applicable charges continuing to come due. Noncompliance Standards The AGENCY shall be responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions of this Contract. Noncompliance may result in penalties as stipulated in Attachment “C”.
Ordinances Construction shall conform to all Federal, State, County, and local codes, ordinances, regulations, and standards having jurisdiction thereof. In the case of conflict between any such applicable documents mentioned above and the specifications and drawings, the highest requirement shall govern. No additional charges shall be allowed for any changes to make work conform to regulations of above-mentioned documents or governing agencies, but shall be considered as completely included in the Task Order price.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations A. The Parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, safety; security; export control; environmental; and suspension and debarment laws and regulations. Access by a Partner to NASA facilities or property, or to a NASA Information Technology (IT) system or application, is contingent upon compliance with NASA security and safety policies and guidelines including, but not limited to, standards on badging, credentials, and facility and IT system/application access.
Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.
Sanctions for Noncompliance In the event of a contractor’s noncompliance with the Non- discrimination provisions of this contract, the sponsor will impose such contract sanctions as it or the Federal Aviation Administration may determine to be appropriate, including, but not limited to:
Change in Laws and Compliance with Laws Grantee shall comply with all laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines applicable to a Grantee providing services and products required by the Grant Agreement to the State of Texas, as these laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines currently exist and as amended throughout the term of the Grant Agreement. Notwithstanding Section 11.1, Amendments, above, System Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally amend the Grant Agreement to incorporate any modifications necessary for System Agency’s compliance, as an agency of the State of Texas, with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines.
CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
Governing Laws and Regulations a. That this Agreements shall be governed by the provisions of the India Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling} Rules, 2021 or other laws of the land.
