Ongoing County Services. 6.1 The County shall operate, manage, and maintain the System under the direction of the Director of the Ramsey County Department of Emergency Communications. 6.2 The County warrants that its initial and ongoing configuration of the System and provision of County services will be compliant with applicable privacy and security regulations, including CJIS and HIPAA requirements and standards.
