On a weekly basis from and after a Participating Employer’s Participation Date, or within such other time as requested by the Trustees, the Participating Employer shall provide all relevant data updates for Participating Employees to the Plan Administrative Agent in an electronic format compatible with the Plan Administrative Agent’s systems.
