Ongoing Duty to Protect Information. Business Associate shall continue to protect individually identifiable health information from unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the requirements of state and federal law, for as long as the information is within its possession and control, even after the termination of this Agreement.
