Ongoing Jurisdiction and Motions for Directions. (a) Each of the Courts shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over the Action commenced in its jurisdiction, the Parties thereto and the application brought in those Actions for approval of Class Counsel Fees pursuant to Section 9.1.
