Common use of Ongoing Obligations of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Obligations of Consultant. If the Companies terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.2 above, the Consultant’s ongoing obligation to provide the General Services will continue only until the Effective Termination Date and the Companies will continue to pay to the Consultant all amounts otherwise payable to the Consultant under Article 4 herein until the Effective Termination Date (including, but without limiting any of the amounts payable under Article 4 herein, a pro rata portion of any Fees, bonuses, Vacation pay and Benefits).
