Ongoing Operation and Maintenance Charges. (A) Prior to the Transfer Date. Seller shall maintain, at its cost, Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities that it or its Contractors constructed, if any, prior to the Transfer Date. Company shall not use or operate the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller prior to the Transfer Date.
Ongoing Operation and Maintenance Charges. On and after the Commercial Operation Date, the Company shall own, operate and maintain the Company-owned Interconnection Facilities. The Company shall b▇▇▇ the Seller monthly for any costs incurred in operating, maintaining and replacing (to the extent not covered by insurance) the Company-owned Interconnection Facilities. The Seller shall, within thirty (30) Days after the billing date, reimburse the Company for such monthly billed operation and maintenance charges.
