Ongoing Xxxxxxxx. Contractor shall submit all xxxxxxxx and claims for services rendered during a given billing period within twenty (20) days after the last date of that billing period, EXCEPT that Contractor shall submit all xxxxxxxx for services performed on or before June 30th of a given fiscal year pursuant to paragraph c. below.
