Online Platform. There will be the opportunity for athletes involved in the England Age Group programmes to have video and documents uploaded/downloaded onto secure internet sites. This will include the player management system (Talent Platform) and a web platform (HUDL) that allows users to exchange video instances with their players and coaching staff. With these tools, it becomes easier for coaches to communicate remotely. The platformd can be used to monitor and influence the learning and development of each player. By building profiles, the coach can keep track of athletes and give them 24/7 access to video material of their matches and training.
Online Platform. Students must log into the entry portal, which is the agreed upon approved College platform as recommended by the DL Steering Committee. Every time students enter their course site, they must go through the entry portal. Any platform and materials used by the faculty must be ADA compliant (according to Federal Reg. 585).
Online Platform. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Offering of the Shares will made be through the website xxx.xxxx-xxxx.xxx (the “Online Platform”). Online sales covered by this Agreement shall be made exclusively through the Online Platform.
Online Platform. Customer acknowledges and agrees that in connection with the Online Platform, Company will post a privacy policy and terms of use on Customer’s e-commerce site on Customer’s behalf. Customer will update any published privacy policy or terms of use as instructed by Company from time to time. Customer will collect, use, and share data regarding Clients, their pets, and personal information with Company only in accordance with Customer’s privacy policy.
Online Platform. Backbones will be granted access to the Online Platform, as further described below.
Online Platform. The Foundation’s MBK Online Platform provides Backbone Leads with a virtual space to “Certify, Learn, and Connect”. More information is found in the Online Platform Terms and Conditions (accessible through MBK Online Platform).
Online Platform. The parties acknowledge and agree that CrowdStreet, Inc. (“Portal”) has entered into a Sponsor Direct License Agreement and Sponsor Direct Proposal, each dated as of December 29, 2016 (collectively, the “Sponsor Agreement”) with the Advisor, pursuant to which Portal has agreed provide Services (as defined in the Sponsor Agreement) in connection with the Offering of the Shares through the website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Online Platform”). Online sales covered by this Agreement shall be made exclusively through the Online Platform.
Online Platform. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Offering will be conducted via an on-line platform called wxx.xxxxxxx.xxxxx (the “Online Platform”) owned by the Advisor. Online sales covered by this Agreement shall be made through the Online Platform.
Online Platform. 20.1 The Reseller shall:
(a) provide on its electronic platform the geographical address and opening hours of its offices;
(b) ensure that it provides on its electronic platform the phone number, fax number and e-mail address at which it can be reached during business hours;
(c) provide adequate technical information regarding ITW Ltd products that it offers for sale;
(d) put in place and provide on its electronic platform a hotline which customers can call during business hours if they have questions about ITW Ltd products, their technical qualities, the Reseller’s customer support services, return policy or any applicable warranties, existing or proposed orders;
(e) confirm electronically the registration of any order and any payment by the customer; and
(f) ensure that, from the time an order is registered through the webpage of the Reseller (or by alternative appropriate means) and confirmed electronically by the Reseller, the agreed maximum number of working days for delivery will not be exceeded.
20.2 The Reseller’s electronic platform shall comply with such further online sales guidelines that ITW Ltd may provide from time to time.
20.3 ITW Ltd will have the right to require the Reseller to implement any changes that ITW Ltd deems necessary to the webpage(s) on a Resellers’ electronic platform on which it markets and sells ITW Ltd products.
Online Platform. The internet based on-line platform provided by Custom House that can be accessed by Customer to utilise the Services. (s) Party or Parties: Individually or collectively, Customer and Custom House.
