This will include the player management system (Talent Platform) and a web platform (HUDL) that allows users to exchange video instances with their players and coaching staff. With these tools, it becomes easier for coaches to communicate remotely. The platformd can be used to monitor and influence the learning and development of each player. By building profiles, the coach can keep track of athletes and give them 24/7 access to video material of their matches and training.

(e) confirm electronically the registration of any order and any payment by the customer; and
(f) ensure that, from the time an order is registered through the webpage of the Reseller (or by alternative appropriate means) and confirmed electronically by the Reseller, the agreed maximum number of working days for delivery will not be exceeded.
20.2 The Reseller’s electronic platform shall comply with such further online sales guidelines that ITW Ltd may provide from time to time.
20.3 ITW Ltd will have the right to require the Reseller to implement any changes that ITW Ltd deems necessary to the webpage(s) on a Resellers’ electronic platform on which it markets and sells ITW Ltd products.

(C) In conjunction with Proxibid's policies, if a bid is placed during the final two minutes of a lot, the auction time for such lot will be extended by an additional one minute. There is no rescission, revocation, or canceling of bids.
(D) For lots offered with a Reserve, BJAC reserves the right to lift or remove the reserve at any time and ▇▇▇▇▇'s confirmed bid may become the high bid for a specified lot. For lots offered with a Reserve, the starting bid will be set by BJAC as appropriate based on the amount of the Reserve.
