Common use of Online Services Clause in Contracts

Online Services. Customer or DS may terminate any Online Services by providing notice to the other party thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date of the right to use of the Online Services. Absent such notification and unless otherwise stated in the applicable OST, the Online Services shall automatically renew and be subject to the then applicable Service Level Agreement. DS may change or modify the Online Services at any time. DS will not materially diminish the Online Services during the term of DS Offering obtained pursuant to the Transaction Document. Nothing in this Section 9.3.3 shall require DS to continue to provide any portion of the Online Services if this would result in DS violating the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
