Internet Based License Management System. In the event that you have licensed the Licensed Materials from Altium on an on-demand basis, such that Your access to the same is through the Internet Based License Management System, You understand and agree that nothing herein shall constitute a guarantee or warranty that such Internet Based License Management System shall be available to You at any and all times, and You understand and agree that such Internet Based License Management System may be inaccessible at times due to maintenance, error fixing or other reasons.
