Only in Shares. Awards granted to Participants in Hong Kong shall be paid in shares of Common Stock only and do not provide any right for the Participant to receive a cash payment.
Only in Shares. SARs granted to Grantees in Canada shall be paid in shares of Common Stock only. In no event shall any of such SARs be paid in cash, notwithstanding any discretion contained in the Plan, or any provision in the Agreement to the contrary.
