Onsite Services. To the extent any of the Services will be provided by Service Provider onsite at a Buyer facility, (i) Service Provider represents that it has had the opportunity to examine the conditions over, in, and under the area where the Services are to be performed before acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and agrees not to make a claim for extra expenses or otherwise as a result of any onsite conditions, (ii) Service Provider shall comply with, and ensure that all Service Provider personnel comply with, all rules, regulations, and policies of Buyer that are communicated to Service Provider, including security procedures and general health and safety practices, procedures, and requirements, and (iii) Service Provider shall at all times keep Buyer’s facilities clean and leave them in good order and condition.
Onsite Services. Health Care Onsite Services include, in addition to the services detailed in the Offender Health Services Plan:
1. Unit level Health Care Services, including sick call and nursing coverage at a level required for maintaining accreditation or meeting access to care standards.
2. Medical record services with the exception of substance abuse and sex offender records, to include duplication of medical records as required by policy.
3. Health education/training for offenders, health care providers and correctional officers.
4. Health care-related administrative management services.
5. First aid kits, spill kits and violence kits as specified in health services policy.
6. Supplies, sterile packs, and gloves for the medical department only.
7. Bio-hazardous waste disposal.
8. Certified or licensed personnel to dispense medication at all units.
9. Diagnostic services at designated facilities.
10. Collection of samples for purposes of DNA analysis as required by state law.
11. HIV testing as required by state law.
12. Emergency preparedness and response.
13. Hepatitis B vaccinations.

Onsite Services. Health Care provided for TDCJ offenders "onsite" at those TDCJ Units, including infirmary care at those TDCJ Units with infirmary care.
Onsite Services. Customer shall provide such access to Customer’s facilities as Peak-Ryzex may reasonably request, during Customer’s normal business hours or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Peak-Ryzex shall observe all reasonable access, health, safety and security requirements of Customer of which Peak-Ryzex is informed in writing in advance and that are not inconsistent with Peak-Ryzex’s own business practices. Customer shall make available to Peak-Ryzex appropriate Customer personnel familiar with Customer’s equipment, software and/or applications. Except as set forth in an Attachment, any Services provided by Peak-Ryzex at a Customer location will be provided on a time and materials basis. A “day” is an eight (8) hour billable workday during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time at the location of performance of the Services, Monday through Friday, excluding Peak-Ryzex designated holidays. In the event that Customer requests Peak-Ryzex perform Services outside of these hours or days, fees for such Services shall be subject to Peak-Ryzex’s then-current applicable rates. Associated actual and reasonable expenses include travel, lodging and project expenses incurred by Peak-Ryzex in the performance of the Services.

Associated actual and reasonable expenses including travel, lodging and project expenses incurred by Peak in the performance of the Services will be invoiced to Customer.
Onsite Services. All TAM Services are provided remotely; provided, however, that Customer also may request Anchore to provide onsite support for the Products, which will be charged to Customer on a time and materials basis at Anchore’s then-current rates therefor. To ensure availability of Anchore’s support resources, Customer must schedule any onsite support visits at least three (3) weeks in advance of the requested date.
Onsite Services. 3.5.1 Units, as defined below, are exclusive of travel. Customer will be responsible for any local travel or nonlocal travel costs that provider incurs (to include reasonable handling fees) in performance of the Onsite Services.
Onsite Services. The City shall be the owner of all Onsite Service Structures, with the exception of those Onsite Service Structures located within the College Leased Premises and the School Division Leased Premises. The College and the School Division shall be the owner of their respective Onsite Service Structures located within the College Leased Premises and the School Division Leased Premises. The Parties will share responsibility, in accordance with Schedule “C”, for the capital renewal, operation, and maintenance of Onsite Service within the Shared Areas. This includes the provision for all remaining infrastructure that shall allow each of the Parties to have access to the franchise utility structures necessary to provide telephone, cable, security, fibre optics, and energy management systems capabilities for each of the Party’s respective buildings. Each of the Parties shall be responsible for the provision of such services within their own facilities.
Onsite Services. In the event that Bevcorp provides Services at Buyer’s site or a third-party site, under the direction of the Buyer, under the Agreement, Buyer is responsible for (a) buying and providing all parts, oil, grease, refrigerant, consumables, etc. used during the Service; (b) ensuring that a person responsible for the daily operation of the equipment or parts at Buyer’s site is present during the Services and for any additional visits; (c) ensuring that safety procedures are adhered to; (d) ensuring that the equipment and parts shall be cleaned and ready for Services; and (e) buying and providing, at its costs, original parts and materials for overhauls and repairs when Bevcorp’s technicians will arrive on site. Bevcorp Service technicians will check, maintain, and install parts only if they are Bevcorp genuine and original parts. Bevcorp will be granted access to the Goods during normal working hours Monday through Saturday, and as agreed by prior arrangement on weekends and on holidays. Bevcorp personnel working hours are maximum 14 hours per day (24 hours) unless applicable law mandates a lower maximum hour threshold. With reference to personnel safety, Bevcorp’s supervisor shall under no circumstances perform Services under the Agreement without appropriate attendance of suitably qualified assistants or back-up personnel supplied by the Buyer. Bevcorp may suspend performance of its obligations under the Agreement, if it or any governmental authority or intergovernmental organization issues advice indicating that any of Bevcorp’s employees, agents or subcontractors should not travel to the place where any obligation is to be performed. Such advice is a force majeure event. Bevcorp may suspend its performance of its Services due to failure by Buyer to perform its obligations under the Agreement, in which Bevcorp will not be liable for any costs or losses sustained or incurred by Buyer due to Bevcorp’s suspension of performance. Buyer shall provide all permits and licenses required by Federal, State, or local authorities in connection with the delivery and installation of the Goods.
