Replacement of Equipment. The Concessionaire shall at its cost, plan for replacement of the equipment well ahead of the time when the utility thereof is reasonably expected to expire and replace the equipment in accordance with Good Industry Practice so as to ensure that the Project facilities and Services commensurate with the Scope of Work, at all times during the Concession Period.
Replacement of Equipment. Should a unit of Equipment or an accessory not be able to be maintained in conformance with manufacturer’s specifications, Ricoh shall, at its own expense, replace such Equipment with another unit of the same product designation as that Equipment and Ricoh shall bear all installation, transportation, removal and rigging charges in connection with the installation of such replacement unit; provided, however that (a) the replacement unit may be a reconditioned or otherwise used unit rather than a new unit; and (b) if a replacement unit of the same product designation as the unit of Equipment it replaces is not available, the replacement unit may be a product of substantially similar or greater capabilities.
Replacement of Equipment. The District shall replace the safety equipment which is required by the District, including but not limited to, items found in section 15.2.2 (equipment items only) of this contract which have become unserviceable through normal wear and tear or other circumstances under which the equipment has become unserviceable without fault on the part of the employee. All safety equipment provided by the District shall remain property of the District.
Replacement of Equipment. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees that:
Replacement of Equipment. Prescription glasses and watches which are damaged or destroyed by a resident may be replaced or repaired per the following conditions:
a. The incident is reported to the shift supervisor prior to the end of the shift;
b. The incident is verified by the shift supervisor;
c. A written incident report is filed by the employee within three (3) working days of the incident;
d. Watches shall be replaced or repaired up to a maximum of $50 and only if required in the performance of job duties.
e. Clothing and/or shoes damaged by resident contact may be repaired or reimbursed under the provisions in this Section up to a maximum of fifty.
Replacement of Equipment. If the Equipment suffers mechanical and/or electrical breakdown due to natural causes you will:
12.1 as soon as reasonably practical notify us of the mechanical and/or electrical breakdown and the circumstances of use at the time of breakdown.
12.2 not attempt to fix the equipment or allow others to do so
12.3 if necessary arrange with us a time for the collection of the equipment save that at all times you further agree to pay all additional delivery and collection charges incurred in replacing the equipment.
Replacement of Equipment. 32.01 Where an employee requires equipment or supplies to properly perform the job, the Employer will provide such equipment at no cost. The equipment purchased will remain the property of the Employer.
Replacement of Equipment. Keep the Properties fully equipped and will replace in the ordinary course of business all worn out or obsolete equipment in accordance with applicable standards of Laws to operate as a Health Care Facility.
Replacement of Equipment. Trustee and Agent shall release from the lien of the Security Agreement and the Lease items of Equipment which Lessee has elected to replace under Section 7.3 or 9.1 of the Lease, upon satisfaction by Lessee of the conditions contained in Section 9.1(b)

The Employer agrees to repair or replace as necessary an officer’s eye glasses, contact lenses, and prescription sunglasses, if such are damaged or broken, if during the course of the employee’s duties the employee is required to exert physical force or is attacked by another person.
