Ontario May Inspect Recipient’s Premises And Projects’ Premises At Any Time. Ontario reserves the right to inspect the Recipient’s premises and any premises of any Project in which Funds are directed at any time as it relates to the provision of any Funds under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Recipient hereby authorizes Ontario, its employees and agents, including the Auditor General, to, upon twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice and during normal business hours, enter the Recipient’s premises to review the status of any Project in which Funds are directed and to copy any financial records, invoices and other financially-related documents, including all Contracts the Recipient has entered into in relation to any Project in which Funds are directed.
