Ontario’s Maximum Funds Under Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Ontario shall provide the Recipient with an amount up to Four Hundred and Forty-Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty-One Dollars ($442,351) in Funds for Eligible Costs for the Project.
