Onvoy Usage Information. 8.3.1 Upon request by Xxxxx, Frontier shall provide to Onvoy Onvoy Usage Information. Such Onvoy Usage Information will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.3.2 Onvoy Usage Information will be available to Onvoy through Network Data Mover (NDM) or other such media as mutually agreed by both Parties. 8.3.3 Onvoy Usage Information will be provided in an ATIS EMI format. 8.3.4 Except as stated in this Section 8.3, subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, the manner in which, and the frequency with which, Onvoy Usage Information will be provided to Onvoy shall be determined by Frontier.
