Open Access Repository Services. Online services designed to preserve and provide open access to journal article reprints or preprints, audio, video and other media, and/or digital data. Repositories may be maintained by, but not limited to, an author’s employing institution, an academic consortium, a discipline-based entity, or a governmental funding agency. Perpetual Access Continued access, archiving and use of Licensed Materials that survives any termination of the License Agreement and ensures continued access consistent with the then current standards in the publishing industry.

Perpetual Access Provisions in this Agreement for continuation of access, archiving and use of Licensed Materials that shall survive any termination of the Agreement and ensure continued access consistent with the then current recognized standards in the publishing industry. Platform The combined hardware and software used by the Licensor to provide online access to the Licensed Materials.
