Common use of Open/Public Records Act Clause in Contracts

Open/Public Records Act. This SCIA, including its attachments, exhibits, and any amendments or other related records, may be subject to request under an Open/Public Records Act request made pursuant to one of the Upper Division State’s laws. Upon receipt of such a request, the state and any other government agency in possession of those records may be required to disclose them in their entirety to the requesting party. Contractor understands this obligation and has no expectation of privacy relating to any of the terms of this SCIA.
